JL969 TERMS & CONDITIONS – LEGAL AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "jl969," "we," "us," "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain jl969.cam, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," "your," "user" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses the jl969 website, or uses any jl969 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a player on the jl969 platform, containing personal information, balance, transaction history, and gaming activity.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

2.2 Account Creation

2.3 Restricted Territories

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register accounts or use jl969 services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jl969 services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. jl969 reserves the right to restrict access from certain IP addresses or geographic locations.

2.4 Account Verification

jl969 may require players to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures) before processing withdrawals. Verification typically requires submission of government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and verification of payment methods used for deposits. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified alternative method registered in the player's name. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for most payment methods. Maximum withdrawal limits apply: ₱500,000 per transaction, ₱1,500,000 per day, and ₱5,000,000 per month. Withdrawal processing times are 5-10 minutes for GCash during business hours, and same business day for bank transfers submitted before 3:00 PM Manila time. jl969 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. There are no withdrawal fees for transactions over ₱1,000; a ₱50 processing fee applies to withdrawals under ₱1,000.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that appear unusual, including requests to provide source of funds documentation. Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before requesting withdrawals, to prevent use of jl969 services for money transmission purposes. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

4. GAMING RULES AND CONDUCT

4.1 Fair Play Requirements

Players agree to refrain from any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or use of automated betting software (bots). Use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise location is prohibited. Players found engaging in advantage play, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other unfair practices will have their accounts suspended and all winnings voided. jl969 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and transaction behaviors to identify suspicious activity.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All games on the jl969 platform utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the game provider's system. In the event of a system malfunction, network interruption, or software error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. 4.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

We may refuse to accept bets that exceed established limits or that are placed on events with irregular betting patterns. In sports betting, maximum payout per bet slip is ₱2,000,000. For casino games, maximum win per spin or hand varies by game and is displayed within each game's rules. jl969 may limit or refuse service to players who consistently employ low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonuses without genuine risk.

5. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by jl969 are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses require players to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover requirement") before withdrawal eligibility. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Promotion Modification

In the event a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in will be allowed to complete the promotion under its original terms. jl969 is not responsible for typographical errors in promotional materials; if a promotion is advertised with incorrect terms due to error, jl969 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the intended terms retroactively.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl969 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting patterns
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise location or identity
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name (third-party deposits)
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with jl969 software or systems
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Exploiting errors or bugs in games or software for financial gain
• Verbally abusing or harassing other players or jl969 staff members
• Using jl969 services while located outside the Philippines
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, or other responsible gaming controls

7. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request to close their jl969 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened and players must register a new account if they wish to use jl969 services in the future, subject to compliance with all eligibility requirements.

7.2 jl969-Initiated Closure

jl969 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close player accounts at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or comply with regulatory obligations. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, jl969 may withhold balances pending investigation. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jl969 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱200 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances. Dormant account fees will be deducted from the account balance on the first day of each month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by the player. All content, software, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, data compilations, and other materials displayed on the jl969 website are the property of jl969 or our third-party licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. In no event shall jl969's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of jl969 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using jl969 services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises between you and jl969, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in English or Tagalog. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl969.

11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

jl969 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of jl969 services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. 12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl969 regarding use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. jl969 may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

12.4 Force Majeure

jl969 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, internet service provider failures, power outages, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event.
